AAU Basketball

How much is too much AAU basketball. I read a recent article talking about how playing to many games is resulting in a lot of ACL ruptures. There 200,000 ACL ruptures annually. It also stated that females are 3x more likely to the injury versus males because of body type. Some kids are playing 80 games a year plus without a break. I think this is a topic for discussion. what do you think?
