Individual training

Quincy Wilder customizes the training session based on his expert analysis of the athlete and implements a tailored development process for the athlete.

First time individual trainings session will be an observation of the athlete before custom training plan is written.

Package plans

 Package plans are a 3-month training plan. The payments will be automatically withdrawn every month for 3 months from your credit or debit card. At the end of the 3 months, you can re-new the package. The sessions are separate from the payments. (Example- if you complete your payments for the 3-month term and you decided to go on a trip for 3 months the day you sign up, when you return you still have your sessions that were purchased.)  Sessions are valid for 1 year after purchase. 

Group training 

Quincy Wilder customizes the session based on players in the group and implements a development process for the group

Single session

One-time sessions are drop-in sessions. If you don't want to choose a package plan you have the option of paying by the session.
